These terms govern your use of the Polygon Shift website (the "Site"). Client engagements are governed by the separate agreement we sign with each client and are not covered by this document.
Use of the site
You may browse the Site and share our public content with attribution. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's design system, code, or copy for commercial use without written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including copy, logos, illustrations, code, and case study images — is owned by Polygon Shift or its clients and licensed only for viewing on the Site.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate but make no guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polygon Shift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
